Remote Neurofeedback

What is Remote Neurofeedback?

Remote Neurofeedback involves being trained to apply clinical grade Neurofeedback equipment and conducting your Neurofeedback sessions from home. Once the equipment is set up, a Neurofeedback Technician will remotely login and conduct your
Neurofeedback sessions from the comfort of your own home. Conducting Neurofeedback from home allows you to save time commuting to and from the clinic, avoid traffic, and save money on gas and parking.

How Do I Get Started?

1.

We start off with a Clinical Intake Interview. This is where we review background, medical, and developmental history, your symptoms and their severity, major life events and do our best to conceptualize the uniqueness of your case.

2.

The next step is a Quantitative Electroencephalogram (QEEG) baseline recording. Just as a stethoscope is placed on your chest to listen to your heart beat, electrodes are placed on your scalp to record your brainwave activity for analysis.

3.

Using the information from your clinical intake interview, baseline recording, and intake package we put the pieces together to create a custom Neurofeedback program that is tailored to suit your needs.

4.

We debrief the results, help you understand the different statistics and brainwave patterns involved in your program, as well as help answer your questions before you can begin Neurofeedback training.

5.

You drop off a computer at the clinic for us to install the training software. We set up your custom plan and make sure the hardware and software are ready for Remote Neurofeedback Training.

6.

You come in to learn how to set up electrodes, clean, and service the Remote Neurofeedback equipment .

7.

Finally, you take the equipment home and we can start Remote Neurofeedback Training from home.
