Dr. Shane Dutt

C. Psych, Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Shane Dutt is a Clinical Psychologist based in Ontario, with additional registration in Alberta, where he is registered by both the College of Psychologists and Behavioural Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO) and the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP). With a commitment to supporting individuals at every stage of life, Dr. Dutt combines his extensive academic background with a compassionate approach to therapy that meets clients where they are. Holding two Bachelor’s degrees and a Master’s degree, including an Honours Bachelor of Science (H.BSc), Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), and Master of Education (M.Ed) from the University of Toronto, Dr. Dutt furthered his expertise by earning a Doctorate in Psychology (Psy.D) from California Southern University. Since embarking on his professional journey in Neurofeedback (EEG-Biofeedback) in 2014, he has continuously sought to expand his knowledge and skills. In 2016, he published a paper as a lead author in the psychophysiology journal Biofeedback, showcasing his contribution to the field and commitment to advancing psychophysiological practices. Dr. Dutt’s tenure with our practice began in 2018 as an intern, during which he has played a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and tailored treatment plans. As our Clinical Director, he emphasizes collaboration, empathy, and evidence-based evaluations. His approach to therapy is rooted in logical assessment and a genuine connection with clients, ensuring they feel heard and valued.

    He is also dedicated to continuously improving neurofeedback training programs and psychological assessments, applying his Board Certification in Neurofeedback and expertise in QEEG analysis to enhance client outcomes. Outside of his professional life, Dr. Dutt enjoys travelling the globe, immersing himself in diverse cultures, and exploring the latest developments in brainwave analysis and Clinical Psychology. He is an avid listener of audiobooks and cherishes quality time spent with his loved ones, balancing his professional pursuits with personal enrichment. Dr. Dutt’s blend of expertise, community involvement, and personal interests creates a welcoming and trustworthy atmosphere for clients seeking psychological support. His commitment to their well-being is evident in every aspect of his work, making him an invaluable resource in their journey towards mental wellness.

Dr. Michael

Arnoldus Muller

C. Psych, Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Michael Arnoldus Muller is a licensed School and Clinical Psychologist in Ontario. He is able to work with individuals across the lifespan (ages 3+). He has 34 years of practice experience as a licensed psychologist in two countries and various settings (healthcare, school boards, family health teams, addictions centers, correctional institutions, the military, churches, and private practices). The first half of his career was in South Africa and the second half in Ontario, Canada. Earlier in his earlier career Arnold also did some pastoral counselling and he coached people with respect to finding resolutions to ethical issues, coping with loss, and dealing with moral dilemmas.


Arnold holds a Ph.D. with specialization in Psychotherapy degree from the University of Pretoria and two Masters’ Degrees – one in Clinical Psychology from the University of Pretoria and one in Practical Theology from the University of Stellenbosch. Arnold specializes in different modalities of psychotherapy, but he is also experienced in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plan preparation, and application. The population he serves includes individuals of all ages, couples, small groups, and families.

    Furthermore, Arnold has obtained training in and exposure to Neurofeedback Training, Somatic Experiencing, crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and dealing with cultural differences. Arnold has also been involved in the development and implementation of rehabilitation programs related to addiction and recovery programs for people with both emotional and physical trauma-related treatment needs.

Research Experience in the Field of Neurofeedback

Our Clinical Director, Dr. Shane Dutt, is a published author in the field of Neurofeedback research. In 2016, he published a paper as a lead author in the psychophysiology journal Biofeedback.

State-of-the-art Technology

We use dry-electrode technology, which does not require gel or paste for setup. This makes the training process more comfortable, allows the client to complete 32-40 minutes of brain training in 50-minute sessions, and is more convenient, as you do not have to immediately go home to rinse the gel from your scalp.

qEEG Analysis 

Our clinic conducts a comprehensive qEEG analysis to design tailored neurofeedback training programs for each client.

Type of Training

For adolescents and adults, our clinic offers an integrated neurofeedback program that can combine 19-channel z-score training, sLORETA training, and sLORETA coherence training.

Insurance Reimbursement

Our services are billed as “Psychological Therapy Services,” which makes them non-taxable in Ontario and allows clients to obtain coverage for their services.
